Cagnulari
Isola dei Nuraghi IGT
One of the most interesting and particular native vines of Sardinia. An important wine, with a great structure and an intense olfactory bouquet that ranges from an initial light note of woody to elegant hints of Mediterranean scrub and spices, with a finish of ripe cherry and tobacco, ethereal. In the mouth it shows a strong but not aggressive acidity, followed by an elegant salinity and a slight tannicity, good persistence in the mouth, the retro-sensory sensations recall the ortonasal notes.
